This overview table summarizes all our interview participants – their roles, motivations, behaviours, types, wishes and challenges. We used it to identify needs, categorize user types and shape our solution. It also highlights the variation in users’ technical skills, daily routines and preferences.
We conducted in-depth interviews with seven parents and staff to uncover everyday communication challenges in preschool settings. These insights became the foundation for defining user types and shaping the Kiddolink app’s core features.

We ran both remote and in-person usability tests with participants from our research phase. Through observation and screen recording, we identified areas of friction in navigation, communication clarity, and flow logic. The feedback directly informed design iterations.

I'm a UX designer with a background in industrial engineering and more than four years of experience in sales and customer relations.
My journey into UX began with a passion for problem-solving and a desire to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. I’ve developed solid skills in tools like Figma, HTML/CSS, and React, and continuously explore ways to improve user journeys through thoughtful design. My diverse background allows me to combine analytical thinking with empathy, helping me craft solutions that truly meet users’ needs.
I’ve worked on wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs, always focusing on clarity, simplicity, and usability.
When I’m not designing, I enjoy running, watching films, and exploring new ideas in tech and design.
